Best Strikers Ranked
Every striker tier from S to C — know who to keep on reroll.
Strikers are the engine of every competitive squad in Build A Blue Lock Squad. They contribute the most to squad OVR, score the goals that win matches, and dominate the reroll priority list for every serious player. This page ranks every notable striker from S-tier down to C-tier so you know exactly who to keep when the gacha wheel stops spinning.
Build A Blue Lock Squad by The LockerRoom features over 200 Blue Lock characters, with strikers making up the largest positional group. The ELUSIVES Update added new elite variants that immediately reshuffled striker rankings. This list reflects July 2026 meta.
S-Tier Strikers
These are the characters you reroll for. Never reroll away an S-tier striker unless you are replacing it with another S-tier.
NEL Isagi — The definitive best striker. Elite positioning stat means he finds space other characters cannot. Top-tier finishing combined with high overall rating makes him the single most valuable pull in the game. If NEL Isagi appears in your roll pool, lock him in immediately.
NEL Rin — Raw offensive power with the highest shooting stats among strikers. NEL Rin dominates one-on-one situations and converts chances at a rate that single-handedly raises squad OVR. Pairs well with creative midfielders in balanced squads.
NEL Nagi — Dribbling and agility stats that create chances from nothing. NEL Nagi’s playmaking ability generates scoring opportunities even when your squad is outmatched on paper. A must-keep for skill-based players.
Kaiser — Pure shot power. Kaiser’s strike stat is among the highest in the game, making him devastating from range and in the box. Less versatile than NEL Isagi but unmatched for raw goal output.
Barou — Physical dominance with high OVR floor. Barou bullies defenders and converts physical matchups into scoring chances. One of the most consistent S-tier performers across squad archetypes.
Bachira — Speed and dribbling create chaos in the attacking third. Bachira’s agility lets him beat defenders one-on-one and deliver quality shots. Excels in fast-paced squad compositions.
Shidou — Acrobatic finishing with unique aerial stats. Shidou converts crosses and loose balls that other strikers miss entirely. Niche but elite in the right squad setup.
Kunigami — Balanced physical and shooting profile. Kunigami does not specialize but excels at everything — a reliable S-tier who never underperforms his OVR.
A-Tier Strikers
Strong characters worth keeping in mid-game squads. Reroll A-tier strikers only when your squad average exceeds 80 OVR and you are targeting S-tier replacements.
A-tier includes solid performers with high stats in one or two categories but lacking the all-around excellence of S-tier picks. Many Rare and Epic strikers land here — they are good enough to carry early-game squads but get outclassed in late-game optimization.
Consult Rarity Tiers to understand how pull difficulty maps to these placements.
B-Tier Strikers
Functional but replaceable. B-tier strikers work in fresh accounts where any reasonable OVR is an upgrade over starter commons. Once your squad hits 70+ average OVR, start rerolling B-tier strikers in favor of A-tier and above.
Do not feel bad about rerolling B-tier characters — they serve their purpose in early progression and are stepping stones toward the High OVR Squad Guide benchmarks.
C-Tier Strikers
Reroll immediately unless they are your highest-OVR option and your squad is brand new. C-tier strikers have low stat ceilings and will hold your squad back at every progression stage.
Striker Reroll Strategy
When rerolling, strikers should be your priority evaluation point. Check your lowest-OVR squad member — if they are a striker below A-tier, reroll without hesitation. If your weakest member is a midfielder or goalkeeper, consider whether a striker upgrade would actually raise squad OVR more.
Use refresh when your roll pool contains multiple striker options above your current weakest player. Refreshing lets you see new combinations before committing. Full refresh strategy is in our Reroll Strategy guide.
Stack rerolls from Working Codes — ELUSIVE, OneThousandCCU, and OneThousandMembers all grant reroll bundles in July 2026.
Striker Stats That Matter
Shooting — Direct impact on goal conversion. Prioritize for pure scorers like Kaiser.
Dribbling — Chance creation through individual skill. Critical for Bachira and NEL Nagi.
Speed — Positioning and counter-attack potential. Helps strikers find space.
Physical — Hold-up play and defensive contribution. Barou and Kunigami benefit most.
Positioning — NEL Isagi’s signature stat. Often overlooked but determines shot quality.
Striker Synergies
Some strikers perform better alongside specific teammates. Sae’s passing stats boost finisher output. Lavinho’s wing play creates crossing opportunities for Shidou. Building around synergies is covered in our High OVR Squad Guide.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Who is the best striker in Build A Blue Lock Squad?
NEL Isagi is the top striker due to elite positioning and finishing stats. NEL Rin and Kaiser are close behind for raw offensive power.
Should I reroll an A-tier striker?
Keep A-tier strikers until your squad average exceeds 80 OVR. After that, reroll them in pursuit of S-tier replacements.
Are NEL variant strikers better than base versions?
Yes. NEL Isagi, NEL Rin, and NEL Nagi are enhanced variants with significantly higher stats than their base counterparts.
How many S-tier strikers should my squad have?
Ideally 2-3 S-tier strikers in a fully optimized squad. At minimum, your highest-OVR striker slot should be S-tier.
Do striker stats matter more than goalkeeper stats?
For squad OVR and match outcomes, yes. Strikers have more impact on overall squad rating and scoring.
